FAQ
This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
A.Be yourself! I want to capture the authenticity and atmosphere of the session. Just try and relax into the photoshoot knowing we will create the charm and candidness we have envisioned.
What is your booking process?
A.Once you fill out the booking form, I will reach back out to you within 48 hours for us to plan the details and book the session. I do require a 20% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking to secure your date. Your deposit is included in the cost of your total payment. We will also schedule a consultation to go over the details and be more comfortable and accustomed before we meet the day of our photoshoot.
For weddings and elopements, I will send you a contract to sign as well as an invoice for payment.
How will I receive my photos?
A.You will receive your images via an online gallery. For portrait sessions, a link to your gallery will be sent to you within 15 days of the session. For weddings you will receive your link about 2-3 weeks after your wedding date. You will be able to download and save the images from your gallery, order high quality prints, and share them with loved ones easily.
Are you available outside of Lake Tahoe?
A.My dream is to be able to travel because of photography. I would love to meet you wherever you want your vision captured! Certain locations outside of the Reno and Lake Tahoe area are even eligible for a discounted travel package.
Do you deliver raw photos?
A.I believe when you choose your photographer, you are also choosing someone's work you resonate with. I have a vision when capturing your session of how it will look in the end so the editing process is crucial to my artistic approach. I do not provide raw photos, however, the ones you receive are the honest representation of your day that had a great amount of artistry and care put into them.
Do you help with the planning process?
A.If you would like my help in any aspects of the planning, I am there! From choosing a location or getting you in touch with vendors, I am here for you.
Can you help us with posing?
A.I do feel my best work is candid, but I will have prompts and ideas to help guide the session.
Do you offer prints?
A.I will share your gallery via Pixieset where you have the option to order fine art quality prints of your favorites in a variety of sizes.
